Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in your order.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery within approximately 5 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Delays
Trendy Deal Squad is not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Damages
Trendy Deal Squad is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or us directly at trendydealsquad@gmail.com to file a claim.

International Shipping
We currently only ship within Australia.
