Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To request a return, contact us at help@trendydealsquad.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Do not send items back without requesting a return first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Send photos and your order details so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-returnable items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods, such as food, flowers or plants
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Opened or used personal-care items where applicable
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items and gift cards, unless required by law

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order after your return has been approved.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
